Manage Your Accounts & Cards 24/7
The member portal places everyday banking on a screen that is available at any hour. This page walks through what members see after signing in and how the core tools behave.
The account dashboard
After authentication, the portal opens on a dashboard that lists checking, savings, certificate and loan accounts side by side. Each tile shows the current balance, the most recent posted transactions and any pending items. Members can reorder tiles, rename accounts with nicknames and hide closed accounts, which keeps the view relevant over time.
Transaction history supports search and date filtering, and most accounts allow several years of statements to be downloaded as documents for taxes or loan applications.
Transfers, bill pay and external accounts
Moving money between internal accounts is instant. The portal also supports transfers to accounts held at other institutions after the external account is verified, a process that usually involves two small test deposits. Recurring transfer schedules help members automate savings on payday.
The bill pay module stores payees, schedules one-time or repeating payments and shows a clear confirmation number for each submitted payment. E-bills can be enrolled so that invoices arrive inside the portal instead of the mailbox.
Card controls that travel with you
- Instant freeze and unfreeze for a misplaced debit or credit card.
- Real-time purchase alerts by push notification, text or email.
- Travel notices that reduce false fraud blocks while away from home.
- Digital wallet management for adding cards to phones and watches.
- Card number masking so full numbers never appear on screen.
Statements, tax forms and messages
The document center collects monthly statements, year-end tax forms and official notices. Members can switch to paperless delivery, which posts documents the moment they are issued and stores them in one searchable archive. Secure messaging connects the member to service representatives without exposing personal data to standard email.
Because the portal runs on the same security stack described in the security guide, every session is encrypted and protected by the member's chosen two-factor method.
