Manage your finances through the mobile app

The mobile application mirrors the web portal and adds phone-native conveniences such as camera deposit, biometric sign-in and instant push alerts.

What the app does

The app is organized around the same accounts shown in the portal, with the most common actions one tap away. Balances refresh on demand, and members can drill into any account to review cleared and pending activity.

Check deposit uses the camera to capture the front and back of a check, then routes it to the chosen account after an endorsement check. Deposits made before the daily cutoff are typically credited the same business day.

Transfers, bill pay and person-to-person payments sit alongside card controls, so a member can move money and freeze a card in the same session without returning to a browser.

Biometric sign-in

Fingerprint or face recognition replaces the typed password on the device while the underlying session still relies on the member's credentials and 2FA enrollment.

Push alerts

Balance thresholds, large withdrawals and card-present transactions can trigger immediate notifications, giving members an early warning layer.

Works anywhere

For members stationed or traveling abroad, the app keeps accounts reachable over any secure connection, which matters for the military community covered on the support page.

Keeping the app trustworthy

The application is distributed only through official app stores, and it refuses to run on devices that report tampered operating systems. Sessions expire automatically, and the app never stores account numbers in plain text on the device. The security page explains how 2FA enrollment ties the app to the member's profile.
